How you pay
Checkout is processed by Shopify. The payment methods you can use are the ones shown on the checkout page, such as major credit and debit cards and any other method Shopify displays for this store. We do not take payment by email, wire, or gift card outside checkout.
What you are charged
The amount you approve on the final checkout screen is the amount charged. That total includes the product price, shipping, and any tax. We do not add a fee after you place the order.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price on the product page is the selling price. We do not advertise a crossed-out comparison price.
No subscriptions
Forge and Found Store does not sell subscriptions, memberships, or any other recurring charge. A purchase is a one-time charge for the items in that order.
When the order is accepted
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is received and we send an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept an order, we cancel it and refund the payment to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we approve the return. The rules are in the refund policy.
